Bison Precast
With pressure on the construction industry to reduce build times, improve health and safety, and tackle labour availability issues, the benefits of precast concrete are clear.
Because precast concrete products are manufactured offsite under factory-controlled conditions, where the impact of the weather on production is limited, it is possible to achieve better and consistent quality control. It also means that construction sites are cleaner and safer places to be and require fewer wet and follow-on trades. All of these factors help clients to realise improved build quality and reduced installation times.
As an offsite manufacturer, at Bison Precast, we take a Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) approach to create bespoke precast solutions for a wide variety of projects. Pairing innovative design with high tech manufacturing capabilities, the applications for which precast concrete can be used are virtually unlimited. We are also able to work collaboratively with other contractors to allow, for example, conduits for electrical installation, underfloor heating mats and pipework to be accurately designed and cast into precast units.
Bison Precast has built a reputation for producing consistent, high quality products off site in factory-controlled conditions. Our products and processes comply with all relevant standards and are manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001. Our precast components are CE marked against BS EN 116.
