Case Study: White Rose Park Case Study
Case study White Rose Park Case Study
Client: Persimmon Homes
Brick Type: Rannoch Red & Harborough Buff Multi
Location: Norwich
Sector: Residential
White Rose Park Phase 2 is a new development in the suburbs of the historic city of Norwich, just a short distance to the north of the city centre. It offers a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroomed homes with all the necessities of modern day living, appealing to young professionals and families alike.
To ensure the development would blend comfortably with the local area, two bricks were required as part of the planning conditions: one buff and one red. It was important that the shades selected would also complement the roof tiles.
Forterra’s Butterley Rannoch Red was selected for its shade and texture, which perfectly complemented the grey roof tiles. Similarly, Butterley Harborough Buff Multi was chosen for its finish and for achieving the aesthetic required against the red roof tile being used.
